We report directly to the client keeping them informed on a daily basis as to the progress of the project and making sure that everything is moving along to their satisfaction.

On receipt of an enquiry, we will arrange to carry out a prompt, free of charge, on-site survey to establish your needs. During this consultation, we will discuss the following:

  • your requirements, budget and time scales.
  • your long term vision for the growth of the company and the possible need for increasing staff volume, looking at any impact this may have on the planned layout of your facility. 
  • the location of high traffic areas which would call for more durable materials and look at the number of employees in relation to the space available.
  • the timing of the build, establishing whether it is to be carried out during, or outside of, normal working hours as this would impact on the quotation.

We will also take all the necessary measurements, assessing the need for power points, data cabling and natural lighting. We will take into account the condition of the existing floors, walls and ceilings and consider what exit points are available and how much privacy, ventilation and heating is required, along with any personal requirements you may have.

Once we have a comprehensive brief, we will then return to our offices and begin the process of creating our quotation. Our design specialists will create CAD drawings where required giving the client a visual of what the office or commercial space will look like upon completion.  We will contact our various suppliers and obtain costs and availability for the materials needed along with obtaining swatches/samples where necessary.

Having compiled all the information necessary to create our quotation we will then forward it, along with any relevant drawings, swatches, samples and literature to you and await further instructions.

Once we receive confirmation that you wish to proceed with the work, we will confirm a start date and begin to order all the necessary materials/equipment along with organising our workforce.

For the duration of the project we will constantly monitor the work, keeping you fully informed of its progression.  An onsite manager will be appointed so that you have an immediate point of contact should you have any queries or questions.

If we are working within our clients normal business hours we will ensure that there is minimal disruption to the workforce and will maintain a clean, tidy, safe environment at all times.

If the works are to be carried out outside of normal working hours we will ensure that the area is left clean and tidy and available for the workforce the following day along with making sure any security procedures for out of hours working are adhered to.

Once the work is completed we will carry out a site inspection with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with the finished result and ask you at this point to sign off the work.  When the project is signed off, we will raise our invoice and payment will become due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
