Brooks Braithwaite are based in Ingatestone, Essex and are independent commercial insurance brokers.
A new office was required within Ingatestone, Essex to expand the business.
GDL Interiors Limited were asked to provide toughened glass/fire rated partitions and a storage wall to create a spacious working environment.
Scope of works
- Meet and discuss requirements with client.
- Present and agree designs to fit budget and design requirements.
- 2 offices Silicon glass partition system with storage wall divider.
- 1 meeting room Silicon glass partition system.
- 1 fire rated wall to divide filing area and welfare facilities.
Critical issues
Brooks Braithwaite wanted to create a light, airy, modern space for the open plan office area. This was accomplished by installing a silicon glass partition system.
End result
On completion all works were carried out to the client’s satisfaction, completed within budget and on time.
