This is not always necessary as we can work from floor plans or dimensions if you send them to us, however, if a site visit was required, this would be carried out free of charge. |

I would like my company logo to appear on my carpet tiles. Is that possible?
Yes it is, we can reproduce any company logo on carpet or carpet tile.
Can GDL supply flooring that I can lay myself?
Yes, we welcome supply only orders.
I am thinking of having my office carpeted. Can you send me some samples?
Yes, samples of most of the flooring we supply can be forwarded prior to you placing an order.
Can you arrange for furniture to be removed prior to our new flooring being laid and then replaced?
Yes, this is a service that we can include in our quotation, if required.
Can you lay our flooring out of normal working hours?
Yes, we can arrange to work out of normal working hours so as to minimise the impact on your business.
Will you dispose of our old carpet tiles when you’ve laid the new ones?
Yes, we will clear the site of all waste and leave it clean and tidy.
How long will it be from the date we place our order to the delivery date?
That depends on the type of flooring you require. The lead times for some products vary but we will advise you of the expected delivery date when we send you our quotation.
We only need flooring for a very small area, would you still be able to supply us?
Absolutely, no job is too big or too small, we cater for all budgets.
Do you give a guarantee with your products?
Yes all our products come with the manufacturers guarantee
Do you accept credit card payments?
Unfortunately we do not have that facility. We can accept cheques, cash or payments made by BACS.
Do you expect payment on delivery?
No, once we have delivered or laid your flooring we will raise a 30 day invoice.
Can you supply non slip flooring for our changing rooms?
Yes, we can supply and fit safety flooring which is non slip, waterproof, durable and stain resistant.
We have just moved in to a warehouse but the floor is in bad condition. Would you be able to provide us with a floor that can withstand heavy plant and foot traffic on a regular basis?
Yes, we can supply or supply and fit a vast range of heavy duty commercial flooring which is specifically designed for areas that expect heavy plant and foot traffic. It is also oil, skate and cigarette resistant.
Are we obligated to place an order if you have attended a site survey?
No, our site surveys and quotations are free of charge and come as part of our service. Also, you are not liable for any charges until the order you place is fulfilled or the works carried out.
