We were approached by The Facilities Manager of Homerton College with a view to updating 34 number kitchens within the Halls of Residence over a period of three years the first being 12 number which were installed in July 2010 with a further 12 to be fitted in 2011 and the final 12 in 2012.

- Complete rip out of old kitchens
- Site Clearance
- Decoration including Tiling
- Fire doors
- Commercial Flooring
- Installation of Full kitchen units worktops/equipment
- Connection to all necessary mains supplies
End result
This being a working college we had to carry out these works with the least disruption to the college working time table therefore it was agreed these works would take place during non term time. However, the Halls of Residence are frequently hired out throughout non term time and therefore we had to liaise carefully with the Facilities Manager to make sure that we did not interrupt their functions. We also had to ensure that all cupboards had suited locks fitted for obvious reasons. Obviously it was essential that all Building and Health & Safety requirements were adhered to and we supplied only first class tradesmen to carry out all the elements of this project. Due to the college annual budget allocation these works have been spread over three years.
