Scope of Works
- Remove old shower doors
- Clearance from site
- Installation of 80 New Formica faced shower doors
End result
This being a working college we had to carry out these works with the least disruption to the college working time table therefore it was agreed these works would take place during non term time. However, the Halls of Residence is often hired out during non term time and therefore we had to liaise carefully with the Facilities Manager to ensure that we did not interfere with these functions. Obviously it was essential that all Building and Health & Safety requirements were adhered to and we supplied only first class tradesmen to carry out all the elements of this project. Due to the college annual budget allocation these works have been spread over three years.
