Office Space Planning - Design Stage
We will arrange a meeting with you at your workplace to take your brief. This will include details such as the number of offices and meeting rooms needed, how many people will be occupying the area, whether you want glazed or solid partitions and the finishing decorations.
If flooring, lighting and/or blinds are required, details of your requirements for these will also be taken. Office furniture can also be supplied to complete the end look and if required this can be selected from our range of trade catalogues. From these details we send through a fixed quotation and CAD drawings.
Following this a second meeting is scheduled to finalise your requirements. Should anything change, final drawings and costs are sent through for your approval.
Office space planning design fees usually total 5-10% of the total project cost. Fees for this service will be withdrawn on acceptance of the proposed work.
Office Space Planning - Build Stage
On acceptance of the proposed refurbishment plans, GDL interiors will present you with a programme of works including swatches detailing what type of wall and floor coverings are to be used.
Computer equipment and furniture will be protected whilst works are undertaken, and it is not usually necessary to move these off the premises. Work can be carried out out of hours if required to minimise disruption to business activities.
All work carried out is fully insured by GDL Interiors and completed to the client's satisfaction.
