Office interior design and effective space planning are often overlooked in an office environment. Someone may have put some thought to it originally, when the room was first decorated, but since then it will just have been left, We believe it is important to assess your office interior design and space planning on a regular basis. Plans change, staff members come and go,companies grow or reduce in size over time and a design or layout that may have suited your company a year or so ago, may not be serving your needs so effectively now
The correct interior design and layout for any company, is one that serves to improve productivity, boost employee morale and ensure staff retention. An office interior design and a layout that is doing these three things, is working as hard as it can for you and can mean the difference betw3een the success or failure of your business.
Your staff will spend a great deal of time at work and so for this reason it is important for them to feel as comfortable and happy as possible. Also, if your office is one into which you invite your customers, they need to see that the environment is not just a happy one, but a vibrant, uplifting and inspiring one in which good things get done by good people who are happy in their work. It helps your customer to feel thyat they have made the right choice in employing your services.
We at GDL Interiors Limited apply all our office interior design skills and work hard to ensure that your office looks great, feels great, and works great too. We ensure that your workplace is an inspiring, happier and more productive place in which to work and that it also inspires nothing but confidence in your clients, from the moment they walk through the door.
We pay particular attention to matters of lighting and levels of noise. Bad lighting, whether too bright or too dim, can affect the morale and productivity of your workforce and too much noise can be equally disturbing. We then turn our attention to your public areas, the areas that your customers get to see. These need to be clean and tidy, with modern, comfortable furniture and contemporary decor. Any meeting rooms or breakout areas again need to be kept clean and tidy and well decorated and contemporary and last but by no means least, your washrooms and kitchen areas need to be up to date clean and tidy
